A few words about

What We Do

Our projects

Our organization is involved in numerous projects that empower youth, support teenage mothers, and promote inclusive education. From skills training and mentorship to school outreach and leadership development, each initiative is designed to create lasting impact in the Ketu-North district and beyond

We guide individuals through mentorship, leadership, and skills training—empowering them to thrive with confidence, purpose, and resilience.

Mentorship Program

Our mentorship program is at the heart of GIFT’s mission to empower young girls and teenage mothers. Through school-based clubs and community outreach, we connect participants with dedicated mentors who guide them in leadership, personal development, and life skills. These relationships foster confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose—helping girls stay in school, avoid early pregnancy, and envision brighter futures.

Mentors include educators, professionals, and trained volunteers who share their experiences and support each girl’s journey.

skills training

Our skills training sessions equip teenage mothers and young girls with practical, income-generating abilities—from soap making and beadwork to digital literacy and entrepreneurship. These programs not only restore hope but also foster independence, helping participants build a future they can own with pride and purpose.

Leadership Program

GIFT’s Leadership Program nurtures confident, purpose-driven young women through training, mentorship, and hands-on experience. Participants learn public speaking, decision-making, teamwork, and community engagement—skills that prepare them to lead in schools, communities, and beyond. By investing in their potential, we’re shaping a new generation of bold, compassionate leaders.
